What's your management fee structure?

Flat monthly retainer based on account complexity and ad spend tier, not a percentage of spend. Percentage-of-spend creates the wrong incentive. We make money when you scale, not when we burn through budget.
Do I own my Google Ads account?

Yes. The Google Ads account stays in your name, and you keep the account, the data, the performance history, and full administrative control. The one thing that stays ours is the campaign architecture we build for you, the specific campaign structures, bidding logic, and configurations are our proprietary work, and those particular campaigns are removed when an engagement ends. You're never locked out of your own account or your own data, but the engine we built to drive performance is part of what you're retaining us for, not something that's handed off to run on its own.
How long is the contract?

Month-to-month after a 90-day initial commitment. The 90 days is for one reason: Google Ads needs time to learn. We can't honestly judge campaign performance in 30 days, and neither can you. After the first 90 days, you're free to cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
Will you guarantee a specific ROAS or CPL?

No, and you should be skeptical of anyone who does. Performance depends on too many factors outside the ad account, your sales process, intake speed, landing page conversion, competitive pressure. What we can guarantee is the rigor: weekly optimization, transparent reporting, and real conversation about what’s working.
Do you handle creative and landing pages too?

Yes. Ad copy is included in every retainer. Landing page strategy is included as advisory. Full landing page builds and creative production can be added as a separate scope, or rolled into a higher-tier retainer.
